Polycultural Immigrant & Community Services is a non-profit community based agency assisting local communities of immigrants in their settlement and integration process. Our offices are located in Toronto Central, Toronto East, Toronto West and Mississauga. Our main languages of services include: English, French, Arabic, Chinese, Croatian, Dari, Farsi, Hindi, Pashto/Pushtu, Polish, Punjabi, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Spanish, Tamil, Ukrainian and Urdu.

Full Time Day and Evening English Language classes; from Literacy Level to Level 6/7 with Childminding and Travel Allowance for eligible students

ISAP - Immigrant Settlement and Adaptation Program is funded by Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Eligibility Criteria: Permanent Residents including Government Sponsored Refugees and Privately Sponsored Refugees, Convention Refugees and Live-In Caregivers; in Canada applicants for Permanent Resident status approved in principal.
NSP - Newcomer Settlement Program is funded by Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration.

Enhanced Language Training (ELT) Program
The ELT program is designed to assist Immigrants and Refugees access and remain in the labour market at levels commensurate with their skills and qualifications. The ELT Program provides job specific language training and a bridge- to- work component that includes the following components - Work Placements; Mentoring; Cultural Orientation to the Workplace and Preparation for Licensure Exams.

Family Support Program
Assistance in accessing medical, social, legal services to the local communities who are at risk, vulnerable and marginalized by their cultural and language identity
Partner Assault Response Program
Specialised group education /counselling for individuals who have been violent or abusive towards a spouse/partner. Groups are facilitated in Polish and Russian language and based on court referrals; self-referrals can be acceptable for participants with no criminal charges. Also, provides support and outreach to the victims.
Multicultural Women's Wellness Program
Support groups for Polish and Russian speaking immigrant women who are socially isolates and experiencing cultural and linguistic barriers and/or at risk of mental health problems due to difficult life circumstances
Immigrant Employment Assistance Program (Pre-employment Development Program)
Assisting immigrants, recipients of social assistance to prepare for entering the labour market by developing individualised short-term and long-term employment goals, action planning and developing job search techniques including resume & cover letter writing, job interviews preparation.

Problem gambling counselling in Polish and Russian language for problem gamblers and family members
