Seniors Group - Peel

This group is for our esteemed older participants (seniors). Engaging in Zumba and yoga exercises is beneficial for seniors as they contribute to maintain stamina, enhancing balance, mobility, and flexibility—crucial aspects of their daily lives. Additionally, educational workshops play a vital role in improving knowledge about stress and anxiety management, as well as addressing chronic diseases.
