This relaunched Seniors Wellness (Taiji Practice Group) Club has always been a client favourite. At our new location, the participants will get the chance to practice this ancient exercise in a safe and welcoming environment. Come and join our group, run by our experienced facilitator on a weekly basis to learn Taiji. The class will introduce the basic traditional Taiji practice and also acupuncture points exercises which will warm participants' bodies up and enhance their ability for balance while practicing Taiji.
