Our LINC program will help you improve your English language skills so you can better integrate in your community, gain appreciation of Canadian culture and help you access needed resources.

Our multilingual staff are ready to help you address your newcomer needs through any of the programs and services we have available.

Seniors

Senior services are available to help the Canadian seniors’ community flourish by increasing social interactions, learning about technology and exercising to stay active.

Specialized

Mental and physical health are the pillars of a person’s wellbeing. It is critical that both are taken care of. Our wellbeing workshops and individual services are available to do that.
